$200 for multiple entries valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Processing time is 3 weeks.

Applicant must provide the following:
1 - Scanned color copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to Thailand.
2 – Scanned color copy of your U.S. driver’s license in JPEG format.
3 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo.”
4 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

5 - Copy of recent bank statement. Must show an ending balance of at least $1,000.
6 - Invitation Letter from Thai company acknowledging your visit to Thailand and the purpose of your visit.

How to take a good passport photo:
- Get a friend to take your photo.
- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.
- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.
- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.
- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.
- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
