South Sudan Tourist Visa

This is a single-entry visa that allows the visitor to stay in South Sudan for 30 days. 

Government fee is $185 and our service fee is $125.

Processing time is 2 weeks.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - Scanned color copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to South Sudan.

2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo.”

3 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

4 - Yellow fever. Copy of vaccination certificate showing proof of yellow fever immunization.

5 – COVID-19. Copy of vaccination certificate.

6 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from South Sudan. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.

7 – Hotel Reservation, OR Invitation Letter from a friend or family member in South Sudan.  The invitation letter should explain the purpose of your visit to South Sudan and dates you intend to visit the country.  The inviter will include their home address and telephone number in South Sudan, along with their national identity card number.  They will specify their relation to you (the applicant).  The inviter will provide a scan of their South Sudan national identity card.

How to take a good passport photo:

- Get a friend to take your photo.

- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.

- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.

- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.

- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.

- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
