Sierra Leone Business Visa

This visa is a multiple-entry visa valid for 3 years from the date of issue and typically allows the traveler to stay in Sierra Leone for at least 30 days.

Regular Service: Government fee is $160. Our service fee is $195 (our service includes return shipping using FedEx). Processing time is 2 weeks.

Rush Service: Government fee is $210. Our service fee is $195 (our service includes return shipping using FedEx). Processing time is 1 week.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - Passport. Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from the date of arrival to Sierra Leone.

2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo” and email it to admin@visasupply.com.  Alternatively, you can visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos. 

3 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Sierra Leone. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.

4 - Business Letter. From employer in the US supporting their employee’s travel to Sierra Leone.

5 - Letter of invitation. (Copy will be accepted) Invitation letter from a registered company / organization in Sierra Leone.

6 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

How to take a good passport photo:

- Get a friend to take your photo.

- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.

- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.

- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.

- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.

- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
