Rwanda Tourist E-Visa
This is a single-entry visa valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Travelers must enter Rwanda within the said 90-day period. They will be allowed to stay in Rwanda up to 30 days, counting from the date of entry.
Government fee is $50. Our service fee is $100.
Processing time is 1 week.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 - Scanned color copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to Rwanda.
2 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:
3 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Rwanda. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.
4 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Rwanda. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.
