Philippines Spousal Visa
This visa allows you to live permanently in the Philippines with your Filipino spouse.
Consular fee is $150 and our service fee is $350 (includes return shipping by USPS Express Mail)
Processing time is 3 weeks at the consulate.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 – Passport. Submit the actual passport and make sure It has empty visa pages and will not expire within 12 months from the date of departure.
2 - Four color passport size photos. Must be taken within last 6 months. Please visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos.
3 - Philippines Visa Application. (Application must be notarized) Please click on link below:
4 - Evidence of funds. A copy of a bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds, printout of credit card statements showing sufficient lines of credit AND / OR documents showing the applicant’s capacity to financially support themselves in the Philippines such as a brokerage account statement, ownership of rental property, or benefits letter from a pension or annuity.
5 - Criminal Background Report. Must be issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and show no criminal record.

7 – Marriage Certificate. Original document.
8 – Philippines Passport. Notarized photocopy of spouse’s Philippines passport and spouse’s original Philippines birth certificate. Please also provide spouse notarized green card (if living in the United States as a non-U.S. citizen permanent resident) OR a notarized copy of spouse’s American passport if they are a dual citizen.
9 - Invitation Letter. Filipino spouse will write a letter addressed to the Philippines consulate in the United States acknowledging the applicant’s desire to move to the Philippines to reside permanently.
