Papua New Guinea Business E-Visa

This is a multiple-entry visa valid for 12 months that allows visitors to stay in Papua New Guinea up to 60 days per visit.

Government fee is $400. Our service fee is $150.

Processing time is 3 weeks.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - Scanned color copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to Papua New Guinea.

2 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

3 – Flight Itinerary. Must have applicant’s name and show arrival and departure from Papua New Guinea.

4 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Papua New Guinea. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. 

5 – Invitation letter. The letter should be addressed to the Papua New Guinea Immigration & Citizenship Services Authority and should explain the purpose of your visit to Papua New Guinea, duration of stay, location of the business, and proposed frequency of visits
