Libya Business Visa

This is a single-entry visa that allows the traveler to stay in Libya up to 30 days. There is also a multiple-entry visa that is valid for 90 days.

The government fee is $150 for the single-entry visa and $200 for the multiple-entry visa. Our service fee is $350 (our fee includes hand-carry drop off at the embassy and return shipping using FedEx).

Processing time could take up to 8 weeks.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - Passport. Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from the date of arrival to Libya.

2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo” and email it to admin@visasupply.com.  Alternatively, you can visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos. 

4 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Libya. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.

5 - Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Libya. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.comExpedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.

6 – Visa Approval. This document will come from the sponsoring company in Libya. The sponsoring company in Libya will put in a request for a visa approval through the Department of Passports and Citizenship and Foreigners.

7 - Business Letter (Letter of introduction and support from a U.S. Company). This letter will be written by the applicant’s employer on company letterhead, addressed to the Libya Embassy in Washington, D.C. explaining in detail the employment status of the applicant, how long they have been employed with the company, places to be visited in Libya, and duration of the journey.

How to take a good passport photo:

- Get a friend to take your photo.

- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.

- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.

- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.

- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.

- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
