Kenya Business E-Visa

This is a single-entry travel authorization valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

The cost of the travel authorization is $135 ($35 consulate fee + $100 service fee).

Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - A Scanned color copy of their passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to Kenya.

2 - A scanned photo 2”x 2”. Applicant can also take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device.

3 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Kenya. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.

4 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Kenya. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.

5 - Letter from Employer. Please provide a letter from your employer explaining the purpose of your visit to Kenya.

6 - Invitation Letter.  Please provide a letter from a Kenyan company explaining the purpose of your visit.

7 - Kenya ID Card. Please provide a Kenya ID Card of the person writing the invitation letter.

8 - Travel Authorization Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

How to take a good passport photo:

- Get a friend to take your photo.

- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.

- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.

- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.

- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.

- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
