India Business E-Visa

This is a multiple-entry visa valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The cost of the visa is $273 ($148 government fee + $125 service fee).

Please allow 1 week for processing.

Applicant must provide the following:

1- A Scanned color copy of their passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to India.

2- A digital photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo.”

3- Business card. Make a scan of your business card in JPEG format.

4- Invitation letter. This letter will be written by a company in India and emailed to the applicant as a PDF file.

5- Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

How to take a good passport photo:

- Get a friend to take your photo.

- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.

- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.

- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.

- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.

- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
