Ghana Business Visa
This visa is a multiple-entry visa valid for 3 years from the date of issue and typically allows the traveler to stay in Ghana for at least 60 days per visit. (There is also a single-entry visa option that is only valid for one visit to Ghana)
Regular Service: Government fee is $150 and our service fee is $195, for a total of $345. The single-entry visa option has a government fee of $110 and our service fee is $195, for a total of $305. Our service fee for either option includes return shipping using FedEx. Processing time is 4 weeks.
Rush Service: Government fee is $300 and our service fee is $195, for a total charge of $495. The single-entry visa option has a government fee of $200 and our service fee is $195, for a total charge of $395. Our service fee for either option includes return shipping using FedEx. Processing time is 1 week.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 - Passport. Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from the date of arrival to Ghana.
2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo” and email it to admin@visasupply.com. Alternatively, you can visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos.
3 - Letter of invitation. Letter should be written by a company or an organization in Ghana that explains their relationship with the applicant and the reason why the applicant is visiting Ghana.
4 - Business letter. This is a letter of introduction from the applicant’s employer that will be written on company letterhead and addressed to the Consulate of Ghana in the U.S. This letter should explain the job responsibilities of the applicant and the purpose of their visit to Ghana.

How to take a good passport photo:
- Get a friend to take your photo.
- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.
- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.
- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.
- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.
- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
