China Tourist Visa
1 - Passport - Submit the actual passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from date of departure.
2 - Digital photo – Applicants will take a photo at home against a plain white background using their phone. Stand two feet in front of the wall so no shadow is cast in the background. Have a friend or family member take the photo from five feet away. Email the image to Visa Supply so we can adjust the photo so it meets the required specifications.

Please do not start the application until speaking with a representative of Visa Supply for further instructions.
4 - Proof of Residence – Driver’s license or utility bill.
5 – Where You Stay Form – Please download the form below.
6 - Photocopy of previous China visa (if previously visited China) AND provide a photocopy of the bio-data page of the expired passport that contained this visa.
Applicants born in China must fill out the GIVEN NAME and PREVIOUS NAME in Chinese characters on the application.
Minors under the age of 18 must provide a copy of a birth certificate and copy of a driver's license from both parents. Both parents must also sign section 9.2E of the China visa application form.
