Chad Business Visa
This is a single-entry visa valid for 1 month upon entry. There is also a multiple-entry visa valid for 3 or 6 months.
The government fee for the 1 month single-entry visa is $150. The government fee for the 3 month multiple-entry visa is $200, and the government fee for the 6 month visa is $250.

Processing time is 2 weeks.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 - Passport. Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from the date of arrival to Chad.
2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo” and email it to admin@visasupply.com. Alternatively, you can visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos.
3 – Flight Itinerary. Must show arrival and departure from Chad.
4 - Invitation Letter. Letter should be from a company in Chad that explains the relationship to the applicant and reason for the visit.
5 - Business Letter (Letter of introduction and support from a U.S. Company). This letter will be written by the applicant’s employer on company letterhead, addressed to the Embassy of Chad in the U.S. explaining in detail the employment status of the applicant, place(s) to be visited, and duration of the journey.
6 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

How to take a good passport photo:
- Get a friend to take your photo.
- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.
- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.
- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.
- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.
- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
