Canada Business Visa Non U.S. Citizen
This visa typically allows the traveler to stay in Canada up to 6 months for the purposes of attending a trade show, conference, or business meetings.
Consular fee is $75 and our service fee is $750.
Processing time is 8 weeks.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 – Passport. Please make a scan (in color) of the information page of your passport.
2 – Permanent Residence Card (Green Card) OR Valid U.S. Visa and I-94. Please make a scan of the front and back of green card.
3 – Driver’s License. Scan of driver’s license or state issued identification card (front and back, and in color).
4 – National Identity Card. Please provide a scan (front and back, and in color) of the ID card from country of passport.
5 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo.”
6 - Travel History. Provide scan of passport pages that show entry and exit stamps as proof of travel to other countries.
7 - Flight Itinerary. This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Canada (or if traveling by land please provide a flight itinerary showing travel to a U.S. city such as Buffalo or Seattle and write a statement detailing the plans to travel by car across the border). Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.
8 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Canada. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.
9 – Bank Statement. Please provide most recent six bank statements showing proof of financial evidence to support your stay in Canada. These documents must have the applicant’s name.
10 – Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement. This document should have the applicant’s name and will provide proof that the applicant intends to return to their residence in the United States.
11 – Letter from Employer (or Proof of Self-Employment). Letter must be written on company letterhead and signed by a company manager explaining that the applicant is employed and will be resuming job duties upon return from their trip to Canada.
12 - Invitation Letter. Letter should be written by a company in Canada that explains the relationship to the applicant and reason for the visit.

How to take a good passport photo:
- Get a friend to take your photo.
- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.
- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.
- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.
- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.
- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
