Bolivia Tourist Visa
1 - Passport Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages (the last two amendment pages do not count as a visa pages) and will not expire within 6 months from the date of departure.
- All foreign Nationals residing in the U.S. must submit a copy of the Green Card or Work Visa with the passport.

3 - Visa application Please access the link below:
4 - Copy of hotel reservation or invitation letter from Bolivian friends or relatives Must state the host's address, telephone and ID number.
5 - Recent bank statement or proof of sufficient resources to be used during stay in Bolivia
6 - Round-trip ticket or copy of travel itinerary
Consulate fee $160, 10 year multiple-entry, Service fee $300, 10 business days at the consulate (Our service fee includes return shipping using FedEx)
