Australia Work Visa

This is a single-entry visa that allows you to work temporarily (typically for less than 3 months) in Australia.

The government fee is $270 and our service fee is $400.

Processing time is 3 weeks.

Applicant must provide the following:

1 - Scanned color copy of your passport’s information page in JPEG format. Make sure the passport does not expire within 6 months prior to entry to Australia.

2 – Scanned color copy of your U.S. driver’s license in JPEG format.

3 - Visa Application. Please fill out the preliminary intake form below (more information may be required later in the process):

4 - Evidence of funds. Must be a bank statement (and / or credit card statement) that has the applicant’s name and shows the ending balance of the account.  

5 – Flight Itinerary. Must have applicant’s name and show arrival and departure from Australia.

6 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have applicant’s name and should be reserved for the duration of your stay in Australia. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.  

7 - Invitation Letter (and / or Employment Contract).  The letter should be written by a company in Australia that explains the relationship to the applicant and reason for the visit. The inviting company should also provide a copy of their business registration ID number with the Australian government, and the letter should provide information about the type of work to be performed in Australia and location of the job site.  

8 - Business Letter (Letter of introduction and support from a U.S. Company). This letter will be written by the applicant’s employer on company letterhead, addressed to the Australian Government / Department of Home Affairs explaining in detail the employment status of the applicant, how long they have been employed with the company, place(s) to be visited in Australia, description of work to be performed in Australia, and duration of the journey. 

9 - Resume. This document will provide information about the applicant’s work history, educational background, skills and accomplishments (and / or provide diploma(s), certificate(s), licensing or other relevant documents that prove qualifications and skills). 

10 - Business card. Make a scan of your business card in JPEG format.
