Algeria Business Visa
This visa is typically issued as a multiple-entry visa valid for 2 years that allows the traveler to stay in Algeria 90 days per visit.
Government fee is $160 and our service fee is $300 (our service includes return shipping using FedEx).
Processing time is 2 – 3 weeks.
Applicant must provide the following:
1 - Passport. Submit the original (signed) passport and make sure it has empty visa pages and will not expire within 6 months from the date of arrival to Algeria.
2 - Digital Photo. Please take this photo against a plain white background using a modern camera-phone device according to the instructions listed below under “How to take a good passport photo” and email it to admin@visasupply.com. Alternatively, you can visit a Walgreens or CVS to make 2” x 2” photos.
3 - Flight Itinerary This is a document issued by the airline or travel website (like Expedia) that shows your arrival and departure from Algeria. Visa Supply has access to flights through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation. We charge a $100 service fee to book an airline ticket.
4 – Hotel Reservation. This document must have the applicant's name and should be reserved for the duration of stay in Algeria. Hotel reservations can be made through travel sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia, or Vrbo. Visa Supply also has access to hotels through our computerized network system – just let us know if you need help with a reservation.
5 - Letter of invitation. From sponsoring company in Algeria explaining the purpose of the journey, duration of the trip, place of stay and the relationship with the applicant.
6 - Original business letter (letter of introduction). Written by the applicant’s employer on company letterhead and addressed to the Consulate General of Algeria in New York, indicating the following:
- The status of the applicant as an employee and their position
- Nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of reference to be visited in Algeria
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
7 – Driver’s License. Color photocopy (front and back).
8 – Bank Statement. Please provide a printout of your most recent bank statement.
9 - Visa Application. Please fill out the intake form below:

How to take a good passport photo:
- Get a friend to take your photo.
- Make sure the lens is clean on your device.
- Use a plain background, white, light gray, or off-white.
- Don’t crop your photo – include your face, shoulders and upper body.
- Keep your hair away from your face and brushed down.
- Make sure there are no shadows on your face or behind you.
